<br />ORDINANCE NO. 10 <br /> <br />CI TY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESO TA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10 ADOPTED MAY 9, <br />1972 and entitled" AN ORDINANCE FOR A ZONING PLAN <br />AND BUILDING REGULSTION". <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 1, V. ANIMALS (a) adopted on the <br />14th of January, 1976 is amended to read: <br /> <br />V. <br />ANIMALS <br /> <br />(a) In all zoning districts established by this <br />ordinance, no non-domestic animals shall be allowed <br />on a single parcel of land less than five (6) acres <br />in area. Non-domestic animals are animals and <br />poultry commonly kept on a farm such as horses, <br />cattle, hogs, sheep, goats, chickens and other <br />similar animals. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
