<br />v <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />met on Wednesday, October 8, 1980 in the City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the vity Council determined that the $870,000. <br />G. O.
