<br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVBMENT <br /> <br />WHEREA.S, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted <br /> <br />August 27, 1980, a report has been prepared by Milner W. <br /> <br />Carley ~ Associates with reference to the improvement of <br /> <br />20th Avenue 400' north of Main Street and this report was <br />received by the council on September 10, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW THER~FORE, B~ IT R~SOLV~D BY T~ CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENT~RVILL~, MINN~SOTA: <br /> <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such <br /> <br />street in accordance with the report and the assessment <br /> <br />of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br /> <br />$33,985.00. <br /> <br />2.
