<br /> <br />tervi[[e <br /> <br />'DtaUisfif!d 1857 <br /> <br />1880 <,;Main Strret, Centervitk, 'M'.N J50J8 <br />651-429-J132 {11' 'l"tL'\: 651-429-8619 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08 - 0& <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS (DELIQUENT <br />UTILITIES) CERTWIt;D TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR PID #R14-31-22-31-0043 FOR THE YEAR 2008 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVIl.J .11'., MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated special assessment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above stated assessment was for delinquent utilities for the year 2006 and 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofCenterville gave proper notification of such; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division has acknowledged and certified $753.78 for the year 2008; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has directed the City Clerk or Finance Director to make a request of Anoka County to <br />abate the above stated special assessment due to the acceptance and receipt of payment in the amount of <br />$753.78 from HSBC on November 26,2007; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVlLLE, <br />MINNESOTA directed and authorized the City Clerk or Finance Director to forward Exhibit A to the County <br />of Anoka and requests that they abate the assessment from the property records ofPlN #R14-31-22-31-0043. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City ofCenterville this 13th day ofFebruary, 2008. <br /> <br />em J..-..(i- <br />Mayor, 'M1f~-;; ~ <br /> <br />CAttest~A_)vt~_ <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender - <br />
