<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, November <br />25, 1981 in City Hall. Mayor Savela called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 PM. Present were: L'Allier, Laska, Murray <br />and Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to accept the minutes <br />of November 10, 1981 special meeting with the correction noted <br />in first paragraph: "The meeting was held November 10, 1981 <br />in City Hall", motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Laska to accept minutes of the <br />November 11, 1981 meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: None noted. <br /> <br />Mr. Kevin Danielson appeared before council requesting variance <br />to Ordinance #10 for the construction of his garage attached <br />to his house at 7005 LaMotte Drive. Motion by Wilharber, <br />second by Laska to grant variance to Ordinance #10, SECTION I, <br />II Residential (E) Front Yard Requirements, motion carried. <br />Request is made because of the front fard setback on garage <br />is only 36' instead of required 50' from traveled portion <br />of roadway. <br /> <br />Laska reported on chemical use for lift station. Purchase of <br />chemical tabled at this time. <br /> <br />Communication was noted concerning Lew Hendricks' dog problem <br />at 1621 Peltier Lake Drive. Clerk will advise parties involved <br />by letter. <br /> <br />The following license applications for 1982 were submitted <br />for council approval: <br /> <br />KELLY'S BAR: Cigarette license, On Sale Liquor license, <br />Off Sale Liquor license, Off Sale Non-Intoxi- <br />cating liquor license, Sunday Liquor license. <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to approve license applica- <br />tions for KELLY'S BAR, motion carried. <br /> <br />SHERM'S TRIO INN, INC.: Cigarette license, On Sale Liquor <br />license, Off Sale Liquor license, Off Sale <br />Non-Intoxicating liquor license, Sunday Liquor <br />license. <br />Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber to approve license applica- <br />tions for SJ-IERM'S TRIO INN, INC., motion carried. <br /> <br />TRIPPEL'S MARKET: Cigarette license, Off Sale Non-Intoxi- <br />cating liquor license. <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by L'Allier to approve license <br />applications for TRIPPEL'S MARKET, motion carried. <br />
