<br />/ <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING <br />ON STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition of property owners for the vacation of those <br />certain street and utility easements legally described below <br />was received on July 20, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Council will consider the vacation of the street <br />and utility easements and a public hearing shall be held <br />on such proposed vacation on the 13th day of January, 1982, <br />before the City Council in the City Hall at 6:45 pm and the <br />Clerk shall give published and posted notice as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />2. That the street and utility easements to be considered for <br />vacation are as follows: <br /> <br />a. A permanent easement and rightc=of-way for the purpose <br />of installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of <br />a sanitary sewer system, including but not limited to, <br />the laying of pipe, installing manholes, and other <br />appurtenances for a sanitary sewer system over: <br /> <br />That part of Lots 6, 8 and 9, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 47, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota which lies within a 40 foot strip of <br />land 20 feet on each side of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, said Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 47; thence on an assumed bearing of North <br />89 degrees, 22 minutes 44 seconds West along the North line <br />of said Lot 10, a distance of 296 feet; thence Westerly 195.95 <br />feet along a tangential curve concave to the North having a <br />radius of 398.17 feet and a central angle of 28 degrees, 11 <br />minutes 48 seconds; thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a <br />reverse curve concave to the South having a radius of 398.17 <br />feet and a central angle of 28 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds; <br />thence North 89 degrees 22 minutes 44 seconds West and tangent <br />to said reverse curve a distance of 650 feet; thence North <br />o degrees 37 minutes 16 seconds East JO feet; thence Northerly <br />along a tangential curve concave to the West having a radius <br />of 175 feet, an arc distance of 110 feet, more or less, to the <br />Southeasterly line of Tract "D", Registered Land Survey No. <br />5 and there terminating. <br /> <br />b.
