Identify both an overall organizational struction <br />for reporting responsibility and also the chain of command <br />structured to be in effect for emergency calls. <br /> <br />Centerville equipment - Lino Lakes-manpower and station <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Provide suggested locations for each of the response centers <br />that house vehicles used to provide the proposed service. <br /> <br />35W & Lake Drive <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Describe in general terms each vehicle to be located within <br />Lino Lakes and identify its equipment (such as age of vehicle, <br />pumping capacity, gross vehicle weight, list of planned equipment <br />for firefighting.) <br /> <br />Midi-pumper - can pump 250 gallons per minute with JOO gallon <br />booster tank - cost $63,000. for truck, personal gear and <br />alerting equipment <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Identify by means of either number of vehicle stalls or area <br />in square feet what would be needed to house equipment for <br />each of the recommended response centers. <br /> <br />I stall in location of response center - 35W & Lake Drive <br /> <br />State whose responsibility it would be to provide such a housing <br />facility and also what party or parties would pay for these <br />facili ties. <br /> <br />Lino Lakes would provide and pay for their station in their <br />own area <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. Define intended staffing level of personnel and indicate to <br />the extent to which those personnel would be equipped with <br />personal protective gear and alarm alerting equipment. <br /> <br />One Chief, two assistants at each station, 15 men <br />Turnout gear, monitors and pagers <br /> <br />7. Identify how new personnel would be trained. <br />Centerville Fire Department trained and school sessions <br /> <br />8. Describe both methods for receipt of emergency phone calls <br />and how alarm notification to personnel would occur. Indicate <br />how upcoming implementation of 911 phone number would affect <br />such things. <br /> <br />9. State proposed date for when such service could begin from a <br />response center to be located within Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />one year after approval of contract <br />
