<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />August 26, 1981 in City Hall. Acting ~layor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 8:00 pm. Present: Laska and Murray; absent: <br />Savela and Wilharber. Motion by Laska, second by Murray to <br />approve minutes of August 12, 1981 meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Complaint on debris in ditch in Center <br />Oaks; resident complaints on juveniles in Centerville. <br /> <br />Clerk advised council of no response from Rolling Green Properties <br />concerning house they requested to be moved in on Mill Road. <br /> <br />Discretionary fund application; no action by council. <br /> <br />Officer ~jer arrived at meeting and answered questions from <br />audience on policing of juveniles in Centerville. <br /> <br />Hal Leibel of 7185 Mound Trail apreared-before council with <br />request for a land split on his 22 acre parcel on Mound Trail. <br />Request was made because part of parcel is in Lino Lakes and <br />part in Centerville. Mr. Leibel is purchasing a piece of property <br />from his father, Harold Leibel, to add to the parcel in Centerville <br />so that he will have frontage on b10und Trail. Motion by Laska, <br />second by Murray to approve land split between the Leibels on <br />property described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Government Lot 6, Section 15, Township Jl, Range <br />22, Anoka Gounty, Minnesota, now known as Lot 15, Auditor's Sub- <br />division Number 46 tRevided) , described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South Line of Government Lot 6 <br />distant J89.70 feet nast from the Southwest corner of said <br />Government Lot 6, said South line having an assumed bearing <br />of South 89 degrees 27 minutes 25 seconds West; thence North <br />55 degrees 40 minutes 26 seconds East along the Southeasterly <br />right-of-way line of Mound Trail a distance of 2JO.00 feet, <br />said Southeasterly right-of-way line if extended Northeasterly <br />would intersect the East line of said Government Lot 6 at a <br />point 715.00 feet South from the Northeast corner of said <br />Government Lot 6; thence South J4 degrees 19 minutes )4 seconds <br />~ast a distance of 15J.87 feet, more or less, to the South <br />line of Lot 15, Auditor's Subdivision Number 46 (Revised); <br />thence West along said South line of Lot 15, Auditor's <br />Subdivision Number 46 (Revised), a distance of 276.72, more <br />or less, to the point of beginning. Subject to all easements, <br />roads, and rights-of-way of record, if any. <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Release of one year maintenance bond on Peltier Lake Hills <br />Addition was not granted at this time. <br />
