<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPBCIFICATIONS <br />AND ORD~RING ADVERTISEM~NT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHER~AS, pursuant to City Council approval on July 22, <br />1981, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions for the improvement of seal coating of City streets <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the <br /> <br />council for approval: <br /> <br />NOW, TH~REFORE, B~ IT R~SOLV~D BY TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTnRVIL~, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The city clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such improvement under such approved <br />plans and specifications.
