<br />R~SOLUTION CALLING H~ARING <br />ON STR~~T AND UTILITY EASEM~NT VACATION <br /> <br />WH~REAS, a petition of property owners for the vacation <br /> <br />of those certain street and utility easements legally <br />described below was received on July 20, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, TH~R~FOR~, BE IT R~SOLV~D BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF C~NT~RVILL~, MINN~SOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the Council will consider the vacation of the <br />street and utility easements and a public hearing <br />shall be held on such proposed vacation on the <br />2Jrd day of September, 1981, before the City Council <br />in the City Hall at 7:JO pm and the Clerk shall give <br />published and posted notice as required by law. <br /> <br />2. That the street and utility easements to be considered <br />for vacation are as follows: <br /> <br />a. A permanent easement and right-of-way for the <br />purpose of installation, inspection, repair and <br />maintenance of a sanitary sewer system, in- <br />cluding but not limited to, the laying of pipe, <br />installing manholes, and other appurtenances for <br />a sanitary sewer system over: <br /> <br />That part of Lots 6, 8 and 9, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 47, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota which lies within a 40 foot strip <br />of land 20 feet on each side of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, said Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 47; thence on an assumed bearing of North <br />89 degrees, 22 feet 44 inches West along the North line of <br />said Lot 10, a distance of 296 feet; thence Westerly 195.95 <br />feet along a tangential curve concave to the North having a <br />radius of 398.17 feet and a central angle of 28 degrees, <br />11 feet 48 inches; thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a <br />reverse curve concave to the South having a radius of 398.17 <br />feet and a central angle of 28 degrees 11 feet 48 inches; <br />thence North 89 degrees 22 feet 44 inches West and tangent <br />to said reverse curve a distance of 650 feet; thence North <br />o degrees 37 feet 16 inches nast 30 feet; thence Northerly <br />along a tangential curve concave to the West having a radius <br />of 175 feet, an arc distance of 110 feet, more or less, to <br />the Southeasterly line of Tract "D", Registered Land Survey <br />No.5 and there terminating. <br />
