The RFP accarpanied by a draft of the preliminary franchise shall <br />be issued by the Carmission on behalf of the City of Ce'H~-'~.A~u: II~ <br />on or before June 15, 1982, and shall be on file in the Clerk's <br />Office of the City of Cerr/e~v~i/~ <br /> <br />3.
