<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF STR~ET <br />AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCAT~D WITHIN THE <br />PLAT OF PELTI~R HILLS ADDITION <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the <br />City Council of Centerville at the City Hall on the 13th day <br />of January, 1982, at 6:45 PM to hear all persons present upon <br />a petition of property owners for the vacation of the following <br />described street and utility easements: <br /> <br />PARCi;L A <br /> <br />A permanent easement and right-of-way for the purpose of <br />installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance ofa sanitary <br />sewer system, including but not limited to, the laying of pipe, <br />installing manholes, and other appurtenances for a sanitary <br />sewer system, over that part of the following described parcel: <br /> <br />That part of Lots 6, 8 & 9, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 47, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota which lies within a 40 foot strip of land 20 <br />feet on each side of the following described line: Beginning <br />at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, said Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 47; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 22 <br />minutes 44 seconds West along the North line of said Lot 10, a <br />distance of 296 feet; thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a <br />tangential curve concave to the North having a radius of 398.17 <br />feet and a central angle of 28 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds; <br />thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a reverse curve concave to the <br />South having a radius of 398.17 feet and a central angle of <br />28 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds; thence North 89 degrees 22 <br />minutes 44 seconds West and tangent to said reverse curve a <br />distance of 650 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes 16 <br />seconds East 30 feet; thence Northerly along a tangential curve <br />concave to the West having a radius of 175 feet, an arc distance <br />of 110 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line of Tract <br />"D", Registered Land Survey No.5 and there terminating. <br /> <br />PARCJi;L B <br /> <br />A permanent easement for road and utility purposes over <br />the following described parcel: <br /> <br />That part of Lots 6, 8 & 9, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 47, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota which lies within a 60 foot strip of land <br />30 feet on each side of the following described line: Beginning <br />at the Northeast corner of Lot 10, said Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 47; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 22 <br />minutes 44 seconds West along the North line of said Lot 10 a <br />distance of 296 feet; thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a <br />tangential curve concave to the North having a radius of 398.17 <br />feet and a central angle of 28 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds; <br />thence Westerly 195.95 feet along a reverse curve concave to the <br />South having a radius of 398.17 feet and a central angle of <br />28 degrees 11 minutes 48 seconds; thence North 89 degrees 22 <br />minutes 44 seconds West and tangent to said reverse curve a <br />distance of 650 feet; thence North 0 degrees 37 minutes 16 <br />seconds Bast 30 feet; thence Northerly along a tangential curve <br />concave to the West having a radius of 175 feet, an arc <br />distance of 110 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly line <br />of Tract "D", Registered Land Survey No.5 and there terminating. <br /> <br />Da te~ this ~ 3th day. of January, 1982. -'cd" <br />PubllC hearlng con~lnued un~ll I . <br />Januar~ 27, 1982.
