<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />January 27, 1982 in City Hall. Mayor Savela called the meeting <br />to order at 7:00 pm. Present were L'Allier and Murray. Absent <br />were Laska and Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Savela to approve the meeting <br />minutes of January i), 1982, motion carried. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />P~TITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: Various complaints were voiced <br />on snow plowing but Mayor commended the public works employees <br />on their snow plowing over the weekend. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the Resource Handbook for Southeastern <br />Anoka County which was put out by the Lutheran Social Service. <br />Consensus was not to contribute to the printing costs at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Mr. Granger appeared before council to inform them that the <br />Centennial School District board had turned down his request <br />for transfer of sewer rights. Matter is tabled until future <br />meeting~ <br /> <br />Being two councilmembers are absent, motion by L'Allier, <br />second by Murray to continue the public hearing on the street <br />and utility easement within the plat of Peltier Lake Hills <br />Addition~ motion carried. The matter will be placed on the <br />next meeting agenda. <br /> <br />Approval was given the Fire Department to purchase up to <br />ten pair of boots at an approximate cost of $654. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Murray to change the February <br />meeting date to February 17th, cancelling the dates of February <br />10th and 24th, motion carried. <br /> <br />Balance of meeting was spent interviewing firms for the <br />position of City Engineer. They were as follows: <br /> <br />1. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. <br />Messrs.
