<br />.. <br />I <br /> <br />page two ~ City Council <br />meeting minutes <br />January 13, 1982 <br /> <br />Police Chief Myhre brought in the 1982 Police Contract <br />between Lino Lakes and Centerville for review. Copies of <br />contract were given to council and matter will be on the <br />agenda of January 27th. <br /> <br />Final plat presentation of Wegleitner's Addition was presented. <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to approve final plat of <br />WEGLEITNER ADDITION, motion carried. Park fee of $500. was <br />received for Wegleitner Addition. <br /> <br />Messrs. Granger and Husnick appeared before council with <br />discussion on transfer of sewer rights from the school <br />to Peltier Lake Hills #2. Matter will be on the January <br />27th agenda. <br /> <br />Attorney Hawkins will register Affidavit of Purchaser deeding <br />Tract F of Registered Land Survey #65 to City. <br /> <br />Clerk is to check on items in Resource Handbook-Southeast <br />Anoka County and report at January 27th meeting. <br /> <br />r ' <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Committee Chairman Kruger gave report <br />to council concerning planting of trees in City park area <br />next spring. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by L'Allier to pay disbursements, <br />motion carried. Copy of current receipts and disbursements <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
