<br />-13- <br /> <br />4J.02. SITE MAP. A map of the proposed subdivision and all <br />lands within five hundred (500) feet of its boun- <br />daries showing: <br /> <br />43.02-1 - Contours of the site at vertical intervals <br />of two (2) feet; <br /> <br />4J.02-2 - Character and location of natural or artifical <br />features existing on the land which would affect <br />the design of the subdivision, such as wooded <br />areas, drainage ditches, direction and gradient <br />of ground slope, embankments, retaining walls, <br />buildings, or non-residential usage of land; <br /> <br />43.02-3 - Names of owners of properties adjacent to the <br />subdivision; <br /> <br />43.02-4 - Existing and proposed streets and rights-of-way, <br />including widths and purposes; <br /> <br />4J.02-5 - Existing and proposed easements, including <br />widths and purposes; <br /> <br />4J.02-6 - Utilities, including the size, capacity, and <br />location of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, <br />drainage facilities, water lines, gas mains and <br />power lines; <br /> <br />43.02-7 - Areas subject to periodic overflow of flood or <br />storm waters; <br /> <br />4J.02-8 - Tract boundary lines by calculated distances <br />and bearings; <br /> <br />4J.02-9 - Title, graphic scale, north point and date. <br /> <br />43.03. SUBDIVISION PLAT. A plat of the proposed sub- <br />division drawn on an overlay of the topography <br />at a scale no smaller than one hundred (100) feet <br />to one (1) inch showing: <br /> <br />43.03-1 - Proposed name of subdivision, which name shall <br />not duplicate the name of any plat theretofore <br />recorded in the County; <br /> <br />43.0J-2 - Location by section, town and range, or by <br />other legal description; <br /> <br />43.0J-3 - Names and addresses of owner and subdivider, <br />and the names of the city planner, land planning <br />consultant or surveyor who prepared the plan; <br /> <br />4J.OJ-4 - Street pattern, including the names (which shall <br />not duplicate existing streets in the City unless <br />it is an extension of an existing street), widths <br />of rights-of-way of streets, approximate length <br />of streets and widths of easements for alleysj <br />
