<br />page three - City Council <br />meeting minutes <br />December 8, 1982 <br /> <br />Chairman Kruger reported that eight boys had applied for <br />working as rink attendants at the Centerville rink; 5 from <br />Centerville and 3 from Lino Lakes. They are Joe Perkowski, <br />Larry Koch, Jr., Tony Marcello, Kyle Kruger and Ron L'Allier <br />from Centerville; Ron Burque, Greg Franzen and Jeff Santo <br />from Lino Lakes. Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber to <br />hire the following boys as rink attendants for winter of <br />82-83, Joe Perkowski, coordinator; Larry Koch, Jr., Tony <br />Marcello, Kyle Kruger and Ron L'Allier, with Ron Burque <br />as 1st alternate if needed, motion carried. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Bnglund reported on fire department activities. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to cancel December 22 <br />city council meeting, motion carried. <br /> <br />L'Allier requested Mike Ayers, 1793 Center Street, be <br />considered for appointment to P & Z for 1983. <br /> <br />Discussion on December 18th meeting at Lino Lakes to discuss <br />fire service proposals. Motion by Baumann, second by <br />Wilharber to hold special meeting on Tuesday, December 14 <br />at 8:00 PM to discuss fire department service proposals, <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Laska advised council on information he has on a mower/tractor <br />that is for sale. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Wilharber to pay current <br />claims, motion carried. Copy of Receipts and Disbursements <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />L'Allier conveyed the council's thanks to Floyd Laska for <br />the years of service on the council and Park & Recreation <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Wilharber to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
