<br />RESOLUTION CALLING ELECTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ISSUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF A <br />NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING AND PROVIDING FOR AN ELECTION THEREON <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby determined to issue general obligation bonds <br />for the purpose of providing money for a new municipal building. <br /> <br />2. The amount proposed to be borrowed shall not exceed $110,000. <br /> <br />3. The proposal to issue such bonds shall be submitted to the <br />voters of the city at a special elsction to be held on Tuesday, <br />November 2, 1982. Polling place and judges shall be the same <br />as the last general election. The polls shall be opened at <br />7:00 AM and shall close at 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />4. The city clerk shall give notice of election as required <br />by law by two week's published notice in the official news- <br />paper and posting in three public places in the city at least <br />ten days prior to the election. <br /> <br />5. The clerk shall cause ballots to be printed in substantially <br />the following form: <br /> <br />OFFICIAL BALLOT <br />SPECIAL ELECTION <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOVEMBER 2, 1982 <br /> <br />Instructions to Voters: Voters desiring to vote <br />in favor of the following proposition shall put <br />an (X.) in the square before the word "Yes". <br />Voters desiring to vote against the proposition <br />shall put an (X) in the square before the word <br /> <br />" No" . <br /> <br />DYES <br /> <br />o NO <br /> <br />Shall the City of Centerville <br />issue general obligation <br />bonds in an amount not to <br />exceed $110,000.00 for the <br />purpose of providing money <br />for a new municipal building <br />to house the fire department, <br />maintenance and city offices? <br /> <br />(Back of Ballot) <br />OFFICIAL BALLOT <br />SPECIAL ELECTION <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Judges <br />
