Other: <br /> <br />a. 2008 Parade <br /> <br />Counci1member Lee reported rumors of County Road 14 work being done summer 2008. <br />He stated this causes unknowns regarding main street and to consider not having a parade <br />this year. He recommended the funds be rolled over for the 2009 parade or used for <br />youth events in the park. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Consensus reached by Council to place this issue on a future agenda. <br /> <br />b. Hidden S,prings Park <br /> <br />city Engineer Stats summarized the list of issues surrounding the completion of Hidden <br />Springs Park. He stated the two main remaining issues include the Rain Garden <br />plantings and the shoreline stabilization. He questioned whether Council would agree to <br />participate in the cost of materials above and beyond that of the original design. He <br />stated he would bring back design options and costs if Council is open to consider cost <br />participation. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Consensus reached by Council to consider the cost sharing of materials based on <br />approval of design options and cost to the City. <br /> <br />XI.
