Centervllle presently has a faster growth rate than the <br />county, Increasing by approximately 155 households per year between 1990 and 2005. <br />The city added 558 households In the 1990s. The Met Council forecast shows that <br />Centerville will be adding an additional 555 households between 2005 and 2030. <br />Although Centervllle saw dramatic growth in the 1990's, It should be noted that the <br />community Is almost fully bullt-out, and as the forecast data shows, growth is likely to <br />slow In the coming years. <br /> <br />Table 4 displays the racial makeup of Centervllle and Anoka County. Table 5 shows the educational attainment levels In the community. This <br />Information contributes to the local economy, Influences economic development and also <br />suggests potential demands of current residents. About 25 percent of the population <br />has only a high school diploma. Nearly 38 percent of the population went on after high <br />school and attended some college, or earned an associate's degree. Another 25 <br />percent completed a bachelor's degree, and 6 percent completed a graduate or <br />professional level degree. <br /> <br />12 <br />
