The City will review <br />Its existing PUD provisions In the Zoning Ordinance and consider changes to Improve <br />their effectiveness. Short -term. <br /> <br />Enforcement: The City will consider adoption of a Housing Maintenance Code to help <br />maintain existing housing. Long-term. <br /> <br />Financial: Efforts for Existing Housing-The City will strengthen its efforts to actively <br />promote first-time homebuyer programs to assist residents entering the market. <br /> <br />The City will also market housing rehabilitation programs available through the County <br />and State. This cen be done via the City's webslte, newsletter and other methods. The <br />City will actively encourage maintenance of existing homes.
