The Park and Recreation <br />Committee will be involved in this process. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the budget of the City of Lexington. <br />The Council noted the large amount of Local Government Aid <br />received by Lexington. She advised that <br />she has cut as many places as possible and can find no other area <br />where cuts can occur without decreasing services. She also noted <br />tr1at no rlu.rnbers are available frC)In tr1e St,Elte for I'Hornesteacl <br />Agricultural Credit Aid" (HACA). Clerk/Administrator has been in <br />contact with the County, but was not yet been able to obtain <br />accurate numbers for Centervillers Tax Capacity, TIF, Disparity <br />Contribution, or Area Wide Levy Adjustment. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator passed out the proposed 1990 police service <br />contract from Lino Lakes. This will be reviewed by the Council <br />and discussed at a later meeting when all members are present. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator advised that Anoka County has responded to <br />the Cityrs concern regarding the overlay in the 1989 Street <br />Maintenance Project. They have advised that they find the <br />overlay satisfactory, will be paying Valley Paving and will be <br />sending a bill to the City. This will be discussed at the <br />December 13, 1989 City Council meeting when all members are <br />present. The Clerk/Administrator will write a letter to Anoka <br />County advising them of the this. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator presented four names of possible Attorneyrs <br />that the City could approach should they choose to investj_gate a <br />new City Attorney.
