'.'-;he also noted <br />that no numbers are available from the State for ''Homestead <br />Agricultural Credit Aid" (HACA) . Clerk/Administrator has been in <br />contact with the County, but was not yet been able to obtain <br />accurate numbers for Centerville ' s Tax Capacity, TIC' , Disparity <br />Contribution, or Area Wide Levy Adjustment. <br />Clerk/Administrator passed out the proposed 1990 po <br />lice service <br />contract from Lino Lakes . This will be reviewed by the Council <br />and di.scu ssed at a later meeting when all members are present. <br />Clerk/Administrator advised that Anoka County has responded to <br />the City r s concern regarding the overlay in the 1989 Street. <br />Maintenance Project. They have advised that they find the <br />overlay satisfactory, will be paying valley Paving and will be <br />sending a bill to the City. This will be discUs sed at the <br />December 13, 1989 City Council meeting when all members are <br />present. The Clerk/Admini.s+rator will write a letter to An(-)ka <br />County advising them of the this. <br />Clerk/Administrator presented four name; of possible At.t.orney r s <br />that the City could approach should they choose to investigate a <br />new City Attorney. Clerk/Administrator requested direction. <br />Council member Burgstahler noted that he is currently satisfied <br />with the current Attorney service and did not see a need for a <br />change at this time. <br />It appeared that it was the consensus of the C;ounc_! i l that. no <br />further action be taken on the investigation of a new City <br />
