CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />December 26, 2007 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on December 26, 2007, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Mary Capra <br />Council Member Linda Broussard <br />Council Member Michelle Lakso <br />Council Member Tom Lee D O <br />Council Member Jeff Paar <br />ABSENT: None D O <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Engineer Mark Statz <br />Finance Director John Meyer <br />Public Works Director Paul Palzer <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the December 26, 2007, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IL PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Subsequent Hearing -Truth In Taxation Process <br />Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br />Finance Director Meyer reviewed the budget and levy amounts. He stated the increase is <br />approximately 3.55 percent. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee, <br />to close the Public Hearing. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra closed the Public Hearing at 6:39 p.m. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra added page 13a to Item 1 of the Consent Agenda. <br />
