Mr. Kenneth Tobmann SAMA - Assessor Services <br /> <br />Mr. To17.1T1ann introduced himself to Council and explained how he works to accommodate <br />the needs ofhis customers. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />city Administrator Larson stated the issue of insurance needed to be discussed. <br /> <br />Mr. To17.1T1ann stated he currently has $100,000 liability insurance. He explained that the <br />valuations he makes on the property are turned over to the County for a decision. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />3. Other <br />a. Officer Aldrich presented Centerville's Law Enforcement statistics for the past <br />month. He stated the police department was presented with a Lidar by MN Safe <br />and Sober. <br /> <br />b. Officer Aldrich introduced Dan Crummins. the new Community Services <br />Officer for Centerville. CSO Crnmmin!l provided information on himself and <br />the job he would do for Centerville. <br /> <br />vn. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1.
