<br /> Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes January 2, 2008 <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville <br />held the regularly scheduled Wednesday, January 2, 2008 meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Suzanne Seeley <br />Committee Member Kevin Selander <br />Committee Member Lori Harris <br />Committee Member Patrick Branch <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Vice-Chairperson Kevin Amundsen <br /> <br />Council: <br />Council Liaison Tom Lee <br /> <br />Staff: <br /> Mr. Paul Palzer, Public Works Director <br />Ms. Kim Stephan, Staff Liaison <br />__________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> <br /> Chairperson Seeley called the January 2, 2008 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order <br />at 6:39 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Paul Palzer was present to answer any questions regarding the renovation of Tracie McBride <br />Memorial Park. Ms. Savannah Lee was also present as a volunteer for the Tracie McBride <br />renovation project. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Selander, seconded by Committee Member <br />Harris, to set the January 2, 2008 Parks & Recreation Committee Agenda as is. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />IV.
