Love <br />Commissioners Mark Pangell <br />Commissioner Roland Parucci <br />Commissioner Thomas Wood <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Q O <br />ABSENT: None <br />COUNCIL: Council Member Broussard <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />/ l ~ vj _~f <br />~~/ <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Hanson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />II. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATION(S) <br />None <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br />None. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br />Code Revisions. The Commission reviewed a memo dated January 4, 2008, from <br />Administrator Larson detailing a number of issues for consideration. <br />1) 154.023 The Commission agreed that submitting application materials five business <br />days in advance of a meeting should be satisfactory, as long as city staff determines <br />that the application is complete. The Commission determined that three copies of the <br />materials would be sufficient as long as an electronic copy is included in order that the <br />City can make additional copies as needed. <br />2) Fence setback from property line. There was considerable discussion on whether the <br />two foot setback from a property line was excessive. Commissioners Mosher and <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
