By developing an awareness of where to target efforts, improvements and progress can <br />be made. Further, knowing the areas of concern can help direct educational and participatory actions. <br />The City will investigate existing illicit connections and discharges. The City will also identify and prioritize <br />future sites to assess and conduct field inspections on the storm sewer system. <br />As part of the IDDE program, the City will have annual training or training updates, as appropriate, for City <br />staff involved in smoke testing, visual inspections, and sanitary sewer maintenance. As part of the IDDE <br />program, the City will conduct, at a minimum, an annual staff workshop concerning <br />. the hazards associated with illegal discharges and Improper disposal of waste, and <br />. identitvinQ and avoidinq illicit discharqes. <br />Measurable Goals: Timeline /Implementation Schedule: <br />.
