This language <br />sets forth requirements for developers regarding erosion and sediment control. Recognizing that this language <br />has been in place for a considerable amount of time (ca. 1982); a more appropriate policy will be defined by <br />the city that establishes controls over erosion and sediment runoff from new developments. As part of this <br />policy, draft ordinance language will include regulation of erosion and sediment controls. <br />8MP 4-5: Construction Site Waste Control Ordinance <br />The City will adopt an ordinance that requires site maintenance (waste control) on parcels that are undergoing <br />construction activity.
