<br />RESOLUTION <br />SCHEDULING AN ASSESSMENT HEARING <br />AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR THE EXTENSION OF MUNICIPAL WATER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council hereby directs Maier, Stewart and <br />Associates to work with City staff to prepare the assessment <br />roll for the improvement of extension of municipal water, <br />distribution lines and related appurtenances on Main Street <br />(County Road 14), between the east line of Brian Drive and <br />the east line of the Centerville City limits; and on 20th <br />Avenue South between the line south of the Center Hills <br />First Addition development and north of the south line of <br />the Centerville Industrial Park (the areas proposed to be <br />assessed for such improvement are those properties described <br />as follows: West 1/2 of northwest 1/4 of Section 24, <br />Township 31N, Range 22W, comprising approximately 80 acres <br />and the east half of the northeast 1/4 of Section 23, <br />Township 31N, Range 22W, excepting the subdivision south of <br />Hardwood Pond Estates I and II Additions comprising <br />approximately 60 acres. These properties are generally <br />located in the 40 acre parcels in the 4 quadrants of the <br />Main Street (County Road 14) and 20th Avenue (County Road <br />54) and 20th Avenue (County 54 and County Road 21) <br />intersection. ) . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A hearing will be held on the 11th day of October, 1990, <br />in the City Hall at 1:00 p.m. to pass upon such <br />proposed assessment and at such time and place all <br />persons owning property affected by such improvement <br />will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference <br />to such assessment. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of <br />the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published <br />
