<br /> <br />tervi{{e <br /> <br />'L,tabtl.4ied'18S7 <br /> <br />1880 ~ain Street, Centeroiffe, :M:N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 or 'Fa)( 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />Res. #08-011 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to action of the City Counci~ a report has been <br />prepared by City Engineer, Mr. Mark Statz, Bonestroo, with reference to <br />the 2009 Street Improvement project, more fully described on the attached <br />Exhibit A (Improvement Description), and this report indicates that the <br />proposed improvement is feasible, and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of the benefiting property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated cost ofS7,8oo,000. <br /> <br />2. The Council finds that the proposed improvement has no relationship to <br />the Comprehensive Plan since the project is primarily reconstruction <br />and improvement of existing streets, and therefore will not require <br />review by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />3.
