<br />City Council Meeting Minutes of December 13, 1995 <br /> <br />MOTION by Wilharber, second by Powers-Rasmussen to table all items on the agenda <br />except: <br />Old Business #3 - Comp Time Agreement <br />Consent Agenda - adding #4 Resolution adopting tax levy <br />and Payment of Claims <br />due to the bad weather. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Sgt. Makela stated to the council that it is important to keep the communication open <br />between the city and the police department. And that if anyone needs to speak to an <br />officer or himself they will make the time available to anyone. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />COMP~EAGREE~NT <br /> <br />Wilharber stated he would talk to Paul PaIzer about the amount of comp time that has <br />accumulated and see if it will lessen now that another full-time employee has started. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Brenner to approve the agreement between the City of <br />Centerville and Paul Palzer agreeing that the employee agrees to take compensatory time <br />off in lieu of cash overtime payments. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Buckbee to approve the agreement between the City of <br />CenterviIle and Paul Patzer that states that the employee will be paid for compensatory <br />time accrued prior to the previous agreement being approved. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION by Powers-Rasmussen, second by Brenner to approve the consent agenda <br />consisting of the following: <br />TIF Resolution <br />Senior Housing Resolution <br />Acceptance of Nancy Johnson as a P&R member <br />Resolution Adopting the Tax Levy. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> <br />CC12-13M.WPS <br /> <br />2 <br />
