<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES <br />TUESDAY. NOVEMBER 21, 1995 - 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the <br />City of Centerville held a special meeting on Tuesday~ November <br />21, 1995 at the City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to <br />discuss the preliminary 1996 General Fund Budget. Mayor Tom <br />Wilharber called the meeting to order at 5:15 P.M. Present: <br />Brenner~ Helmbrecht. Buckbee,Powers-Rasmussen. <br /> <br />The proposed tax notices <br />residents I ast week.
