The silt fence and sod have also been <br />installed. The additional silt fence around the pond is also <br />complete. Mr. Nyberg will have Al Salo, Inspector, review the <br />silt fencing to ensure it meets the requirements of the City. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht expressed concern regarding the <br />relocation of the NSP power box. She expressed the city Council <br />may have jumped the gun regarding the halting of building <br />permits. She felt the City should get moving on the Burgstahler <br />easement, however, she is not sure the City wants the trail <br />easement as proposed. The relocation of the NSP power box may <br />cost the City between $4,000.00 to $6,000.00. A catch basin is <br />also installed at the curb of the proposed trail, and questioned <br />if the trail would be handicap accessible. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted the first issue <br />It is yet to be determined if the <br />give an easement for the trail. <br /> <br />is to get the trail easement. <br />abutting property owners will <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht noted there is a nice tree line that <br />may be disturbed for the installation of the trail and bridge to <br />the park land. She suggested the Park and Recreation Committee <br />be asked to consider a different access to the park land. <br /> <br />Council member Brenner suggested having the Park and Recreation <br />Committee investigate a trail to the Acorn Creek park land from <br />Brian Drive. She appeared to feel trail easement as proposed may <br />not be worth the hassle. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted if the trail easement is relocated <br />to Brian Drive, the City would need to be obtain an easement from <br />the Moore's when they develop. He expressed that if we wait on <br />Mr. Rehbein, we may be waiting a long time. He felt the only way <br />to get his attention is to go ahead with the trail easements as <br />proposed, unless he can corne up with another option. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Wilharber to direct City staff to <br />
