Mr. Sonny DaBruzzi of RO-SO
Contracting, Inc. was contacted and asked for possible explanations as to what may have
caused the problem. Mr. DaBruzzi visited the site and noted that there was a large hole dug
in the vicinity of that section of curb during the construction of the home.

As confirmed by MSA, there is no utility trench in this area and it does not appear to be the
fault of the contractor. If indeed there was a hole in this area during home construction, the
settlement could be caused by this. The simplest option to resolve the issue would be to
include the section of curb with next years street maintenance project to minimize the cost
of the repair.
If you have further questions regarding this issue, please contact our office.

Sincerely,

MSA CONSULTING ENGINEERS
