The <br />466 cost of the seminar is $178.00. <br />467 Haunted House Food Shelf Soonsorshio. <br />468 To authorize the participation of the City of Centerville as <br />469 a sponsor of the Centerville Lions Haunted House Food Shelf <br />470 fund raisr at $0.05 per pound of food collected, not to <br />471 exceed $100.00. <br />472 Cancellation of Committee and Commission meetinQs. <br />473 To adopt a policy that if a regular scheduled meeting of any <br />474 City organization be cancelled the organized body will <br />475 attempt reschedule that meeting for a date as soon as <br />476 possible and that this meeting date will be posted on the <br />477 City bulletin board in the vestibule. <br />478 <br />479 Household Hazardous Waste Collection. <br />480 Acting Mayor Wilharber noted that he volunteered for this event <br />481 and found to be very interesting. <br />482 <br />483 Double FencinQ. <br />484 Council member Helmbrecht noted the Planning and Zoning <br />485 Commission reviewed the City Council's reqeust to investigate <br />486 problems with double fencing and they expressed that they felt <br /> <br />.' ..~i~_?l.
