Chanqe Order Reqardinq Fill Placement. <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted that Gerald <br />Rehbein, Developer - Acorn Creek, has submitted an appllcation to <br />place fill on the previously referred to "Golden Meadows" <br />property. Ms. Miltz-Miller noted that the fill was to originally <br />be placed an the Acorn Creek property, however, it appears that <br />it may be ~n the best interest of the streets in the Acorn Creek <br />Development to relocate the fi". Ms. Miltz-Miller noted Mr. <br />Rehbein would like a change order to the existing Acorn Creek <br />contract, utilizing the current bond, versus submitting an <br />additional bond for a fill permit. <br /> <br />180 <br />181 The City Council revielved a letter dated December 13, 1993 from <br />182 MSA, Consulating Engineers, regarding engineering conslderations <br />183 for the placement of fill. <br /> <br />134 <br /> <br />185 A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Adminlstrator. <br />186 <br />187 John Stewart.
