I will be meeting <br />with John C. Buckbee, Mayor, on this day to discuss this as well <br />as other pertinent information regarding these funds. <br /> <br />1. Itemized billing with names of lottery winners from January <br />1, 1993 to present. Please submit one coov to me for Anoka <br />County approval and reimbursement to the City, plus one coov <br />to the Cler~/Administr~tor to request payment to you. <br />2. Itemized b1111ngs of past lottery winners whose request for <br />request for reimbursement was either denied or unpaid to you <br />by the City. Note: Please keep separate by calendar year. <br />3. List eligible items to which you would like to seek <br />reimbursement for, and are not now receiving any funding <br />for, but would like us to consider for future bUdgeting and <br />expenditures. Please be specific. <br />4. Anoka County tonnage repor~ (or copy of) comoleted for the <br />City of Centerville from January 1, 1993 through June 30, <br />1993. <br /> <br />For any future pre-approved requests of SCORE funds, please <br />submit one copy of billing with- specific explanation of expense <br />to me and one copy to the Clerk/Administrator to request <br />reimbursement payment.
