<br /> <br />tervi[{e <br /> <br />'Est abfislied-U';S? <br /> <br />1880 :Main Street, CenteMJiffe, !M:N 55038 <br />651-429-3232 c>r 'Fa>(. 651-429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-0_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS CERl'D'IED TO ANOKA COUNTY FOR PID #R24-31-22-33- <br />0007 FOR THE YEARS 2007-2016 & PLACING SAME ON THE APPROPRIATE <br />PIN #R24-31-22-33-0006 FOR THE YEARS 2008-2017 RELATING TO THE <br />FAIRVlEW STREET PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVlLLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated project and special <br />assessment roll which contained a typographical error in PIN #R24-31-22-33-0oo6 with <br />special assessments being placed in the incorrect PIN #R24-31-22-33-0007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special assessment search brought the error to the attention of City staff; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division has acknowledged and certified <br />$5,356.40 (principal & Interest) for the years 2007 - 2016 on PIN #R24-31-22-33-OO07 <br />in error; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Property Tax Division wiJI certify $5,356.40 (principal & <br />Interest) for the years 2008 - 2017 on PIN #R24-31-22-33-0006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS,; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVlLLE, MINNESOTA the Council directs the City Clerk or Finance Director <br />to make a request of Anoka County to abate the Fairview Street Project (Fund #84211) <br />from the property legally known as PIN # R24-31-22-33-0007 and placing same on PIN <br />#R24-31-22-33-0006 for the year 2008. <br /> <br />Mary Capra, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />3!~ <br />
