City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 12, 2008 <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to recess the <br />March 12, 2007 City Council Meeting at 7:55 p.m. to conduct a site inspection of <br />the new Public Works facility. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Capra reconvened the City Council meeting at 8:25 p.m. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Broussard-Vickers, <br />to approve the Closing on the New Public Works Building as presented with the <br />addition of the extras not to exceed $7,650 and escrow of $75,000 and $100,000 <br />warrantee escrow. Motion carried (4/1) (Councilmember Paar opposed). <br />X.
