APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Lee added page 9a to Item 1 of the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Lee added Item 4 to the Consent Agenda. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Lee added page 21a to Item 4 of Old Business. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Lee added Item 2 to New Business. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Lee added page 21a to Item 4 of Old Business. <br />Councilmember Lakso added CERT update to Announcements/LJpdates. <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers seconded by Council Member Paar, <br />to approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />III. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />None <br />
