<br />(D) Use of revenues. All funds obtained from collection of annual and development stormwater <br />drainage system charges shall be deposited in a Stormwater Drainage Utility System Fund and used for <br />payment of costs incurred in maintenance and operation of the city's stormwater drainage system. <br />(Ord. 56, passed 1-22-1992; Am. Ord. passed 10-27-1993) <br /> <br />(E) Mutual Aid. The City will charge other governmental agencies for development. maintenance <br />and operation of storm water drainage systems which serve roads. bridges. trails. buildings. structures. <br />real property or impervious surfaces constructed or owned by other governmental agencies. Other <br />governmental agencies can include but are not limited to other Cities. Counties. State or Federal <br />governments. or divisions or combinations thereof. Unless otherwise authorized by the City Council. <br />other governmental agencies will be charged fees equal to the percentage which their appurtenances <br />contribute storm water to the City's storm water drainage system. These fees will be calculated by the <br />City Engineer and/or in accordance with the Stormwater Drainage Master Plan or Stormwater Pollution <br />Prevention Plan. These calculations will be subiect to annual review by the City. Fees will be set by the <br />City's annual fee schedule. <br />(Amended ##/##/200#) <br />
