Two year B.I.T. Certificate required plus 3 years progressively responsible <br />muiucipal supervisor position. Minnesota Certification as a Building Official is <br />mandatory. <br /> <br />Desired Qualifications: <br /> <br />Four year degree in engineering, public works, business, construction or equivalent plus a <br />four year B.LT. degree and 5 years of progressively responsible municipal position with a <br />minimum of three years as an acting Building Official. <br /> <br />Special Requirements:' <br /> <br />Maintain state and national certifications required for the public works and building <br />official positions. Maintain a valid MN driver's license. <br /> <br />=Current certificates include :MN certified Building Official, 10,000 Lakes Building <br />Officials member, International Code Council (ICe) certificates as Building Inspector, <br />Plans Examiner and Certified Building Official. Memberships include government <br />member to the ICC, American Water Works Association (A WW A)member and <br />Minnesota Rural Water Association (MNRW A) member.== <br /> <br />Dallas- I believe this accurately reflects my current duties in Centerville. My original <br />position in Centerville was that of a working foreman which has transformed more into <br />that of an admiriistrative/supervisor position. More than 20% of my eleven years has <br />been spent in the capacity of acting administrator. <br />
