<br />~ 154.037 HIGH-DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R- <br />2A). <br /> <br />(A) Purpose. It is intended that the R-2A District provide for higher-density single- <br />family detached, attached and multiple-dwelling opportunities in areas where public <br />utilities are available and required for service.
