The cost of <br />such services may be charged to the applicant. <br /> <br />(6) Stormwater management will be accomplished through regional stormwater <br />facilities. Construction of the stormwater facilities may be accomplished through <br />coordinated private improvements and public improvements, and maintenance of the <br />stormwater facilities may be accomplished through district-wide assessments and user <br />fees.
