The city <br />may approve the PUD only if it fmds the development satisfies all the following <br />standards: <br /> <br />(A) The development shall be planned so that it IS consistent with the city <br />comprehensive plan; <br /> <br />(B) The PUD is an effective and unified treatment of the development possibilities <br />on the project site and the development plan provides for the preservation of unique <br /> <br />57 <br />
