<br />~ 154.057 REVOCATION OF PERMIT. <br /> <br />The City Council shall have the power to revoke any mobile home park special use <br />permit of any person who fails to conform to the requirements of this chapter or any other <br />applicable ordinance, state law or State Department of Health regulation. As a <br />prerequisite to revocation, the City Council shall hold a public hearing at which the <br />person may be heard. The person shall be given ten days' written notice specifying the <br />time and place of the hearing and a listing of alleged violations. <br />(Ord. 25, passed 10-13-1976) <br />
