<br />City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />May 6, 2008 <br /> <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher replied that they were not discussed. He added that the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission would have an opportunity to address this at the Public <br />Hearing. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Love stated that he would feel comfortable pushing this to the second meeting in <br />June. Council Member Broussard-Vickers commented that the verbiage would need to be <br />correct when it is scheduled and posted. She added that, if no one comes forward, there <br />would be no problem waiting until August. She believes that it would take two main <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Love stated that they would play it by ear. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard-Vickers questioned whether the printers they approved across <br />the street from the Day Care went away. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that they had, because the soil issue would cost $90,000. <br />The numbers were too high to get resolved. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher questioned whether fill could be a problem. He stated the <br />owner had added fill, and it was not all good fill. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />It was reported that there was no response yet from the County regarding the guardrails <br />along Centerville Road. It looks like there is a 20- foot drop in some areas. <br /> <br />VII. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. April 1. 2008. Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />It was discovered that the date was wrong on the Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes, and <br />this will be changed to reflect the correct date of April 1, 2008. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Pane:ell. seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher. to <br />approve the Plannine: and Zonine: Meetine: Minutes of April 1. 2008. with the <br />recommended chane:e from hie:h density to low density for the property alone: <br />Centerville Road. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. April 3. 2008. Joint Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />It was discovered that the date was wrong on the Joint Work Session Meeting Minutes, and <br />this will be changed to reflect the correct date of April 3, 2008. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard-Vickers requested some discussion regarding the minutes of the <br />Joint Work Session Meeting on April 3, 2008. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
