Encroachment i\g:reement. 7310 Old Mill Road (Peace) <br /> <br />At the request of the Public Works Director, Item 4 will be discussed at the next City <br />Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Items 1 and 5 were pulled for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lakso. seconded bv Council Member Broussard- <br />Vickers. to approve Items 2 and 3 of the Consent A!!enda as presented. Encroachment Agreement. 7310 Old Mill Road - (Fence) <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated that there is an item on the City of Centerville Check Register for <br />Capra's Utilities Inc. She wanted to clarify that this is not her, nor is it a relative of hers. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers pointed out that the Encroachment Agreement <br />referred to in Item 5 is between two individuals - not the City. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that there are utility easements around the property line <br />and there might be a large utility easement around the pond where the fence would <br />encroach. <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard-Vickers inquired whether anyone had looked at this. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson replied that Paul had looked at it. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Parr. to approve <br />Item 1 and 5 of the Consent A!!enda as presented.
