<br />City of Centerville <br />2009 Street and Utility Improvements <br /> <br />Page 5 <br />6/11/08 <br /> <br />Work not Included in this Scope <br />Several options which have not been quantified to this point include offering water service hook-ups to <br />homes off the project and other off-project storm water work. We have not included a scope or fee <br />proposal for those items in this letter. Once those tasks are more well defined, we can formulate an outline <br />of our duties for that work. <br /> <br />Aside from items discussed above, additional work beyond the bid date will be necessary to complete the <br />project. This work includes construction observation, surveying, materials testing, record plans and other <br />project close-out items.
