CALLTOORDER <br />1.Roll Call <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />II. APPEARANCES <br />1.Mr. Lee L’Allier, 1973 Main Street – Requesting Rezone of Neighboring <br />Properties/Waiver of Fee <br />Mr. L’Allier addressed the Commission and asked for consideration of a rezone to assist <br />with the resale value of their properties after CSAH 14 is widened. <br />The Commission discussed whether M1 would be appropriate in this location or whether <br />commercial would be more appropriate. <br />City Administrator Larson cautioned allowing another zero lot line commercial district <br />within the City. <br />Mayor Capra indicated she would like the Commission and the Council to consider an <br />Ordinance similar to what was done in Anoka to make the homes conforming due to the <br />widening of the road that is beyond their control. <br />City Administrator Larson and the Commission discussed the corridor for rezoning. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br />
