Planning& Zoning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 7, 2005 <br />Chair Hanson asked how much of this property would be taken by CSAH 14 when it is <br />redone. <br />Mr. Knabe explained how much property will be taken and how much additional right of <br />way. <br />The Commission discussed the proposed lot split and agreed that all conditions are met <br />and that a recommendation of approval would be appropriate provided all conditions for <br />a standard conforming lot are met. <br />Motion by Commissioner Klennert Hunt, seconded by Commissioner Love, to <br />recommend approval of the lot split providing all setbacks are met and that the <br />proper easements are made and that the driveway meets the County requirements. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Commission informed Mr. Knabe that the survey would need to show the distance <br />from the existing home to the property line. <br />VI. DISCUSSIONITEMS <br />Chair Hanson asked Staff to look into NPDES compliance relating to the Rehbein <br />th <br />property off of 20 Avenue. <br />VII.CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> 1. May 3, 2005 Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes <br />Chair Hanson was present at the meeting. <br />Motion by Commissioner Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Wood to approve the <br />Minutes of May 3, 2005, as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Pangell to Adjourn the <br />June 7, 2005 Planning Commission Meeting at 8:15 p.m. All in favor.
